

Tori Schmitt
Victoria Schmitt is a dedicated special education educator with 12 years of experience in Fort Smith Public Schools. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Arkansas and a master's degree from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith. Victoria is currently completing the NIET Lead Professional Educator Designation Pathway as she works toward becoming a Master Teacher.
Outside the classroom, Victoria is the owner of River Valley Education Solutions, a small business that provides tutoring, educational advocacy, parent coaching, and special education consulting to families across the River Valley. She is passionate about ensuring every child has access to the support and opportunities they need to succeed.
As a member of the Junior League of Fort Smith, Victoria has served in several leadership roles, including Community Impact Vice President, Membership Vice President, Community Impact Co-Chair, Fund Development Chair, and Education & Training Chair. She is passionate about empowering women, strengthening families, and creating meaningful opportunities for children in the community.
When she's not teaching or volunteering, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their three children, Marlee, Finley, and Bradley.
