Tori Schmitt
Victoria Schmitt is a dedicated special education educator with 12 years of experience in Fort Smith Public Schools. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Arkansas and a master's degree from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith. Victoria is currently completing the NIET Lead Professional Educator Designation Pathway as she works toward becoming a Master Teacher.

Outside the classroom, Victoria is the owner of River Valley Education Solutions, a small business that provides tutoring, educational advocacy, parent coaching, and special education consulting to families across the River Valley. She is passionate about ensuring every child has access to the support and opportunities they need to succeed.
​
As a member of the Junior League of Fort Smith, Victoria has served in several leadership roles, including Community Impact Vice President, Membership Vice President, Community Impact Co-Chair, Fund Development Chair, and Education & Training Chair. She is passionate about empowering women, strengthening families, and creating meaningful opportunities for children in the community.

When she's not teaching or volunteering, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their three children, Marlee, Finley, and Bradley.
Abigail Gutierrez
Abigail Gutierrez completed her New Member year with the Junior League of Fort Smith during the 2025–2026 League year, giving her firsthand insight into the importance of creating a welcoming, engaging, and supportive experience for every new member. Professionally, she serves as a leader for Women in Supply Chain STEM, her company’s employee networking organization, where she has strengthened her leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills—qualities she is excited to bring to her role as New Member Trainer.

Even in her first year with JLFS, Abigail has enthusiastically embraced opportunities to serve the League and the community. She has volunteered at community impact events including Trick or Trails, Ghouls on Garrison, and the Creekmore Holiday Express; helped cultivate relationships with local professional women’s organizations; and supported the League’s fundraising efforts through Day at the Derby and Cars for a Cause. Her passion for service, commitment to community, and eagerness to connect with others have already made a meaningful impact. Abigail is excited to continue investing in the future of JLFS by helping new members feel welcomed, informed, and inspired from day one.
